To initiate a return and exchange process, reach us via email as soon as possible.

Return the item within 7 days after approval.

Returns are accepted only if the item is wrong in size, defective, damaged, or not as described.

If the item is defective or damaged, keep clear pictures of the issue before starting the return process.

In case of disliking an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must return it within 7 days.

If the return is not due to a fault on our part, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Exchanges are available, but size and color availability are not guaranteed. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Retain tracking numbers for returns, and consider insurance for undelivered packages (not liable for undelivered returns).
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is also straightforward. A refund can only be issued under the following circumstances.

General Terms

Customers are responsible for return shipping if the entire order is returned.

Minor size differences (+/- 1”) and color differences due to photography settings are not considered faults.

Changes in order (size, item, additions/removals) can only be made before dispatch.
