Refund policy

At Madame Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Although we do our best to deliver you high-quality items, sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we have formed some return and exchange policies to ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience. Check the list below:

  • To initiate a return and exchange process, reach us via email as soon as possible. 

  • Return the item within 7 days after approval. 

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is wrong in size, defective, damaged, or not as described. 

  • If the item is defective or damaged, keep clear pictures of the issue before starting the return process. 

  • In case of disliking an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must return it within 7 days. 

  • If the return is not due to a fault on our part, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges are available, but size and color availability are not guaranteed. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.

  • Returns must be clearly marked with the correct return address and include identification. 

  • Retain tracking numbers for returns, and consider insurance for undelivered packages (not liable for undelivered returns). 

Refund Policy


Our refund policy is also straightforward. A refund can only be issued under the following circumstances. 

  • If the item you receive does not match the original description of the product.

  • If the delivered item is different from the purchased one. 

  • If the replacement for the item is unavailable. 

  • If the shipment is delayed due to natural disasters or political reasons and the customer does not need it anymore. 

  • If the item is canceled due to being out of stock.

What’s our process to refund for the item?

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (debit/credit card or account).

  • Our refund process takes only 7 working days. 

General Terms

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping if the entire order is returned.

  • Minor size differences (+/- 1”) and color differences due to photography settings are not considered faults.

  • Changes in order (size, item, additions/removals) can only be made before dispatch.

  • Final sale items and custom orders cannot be returned.
